At IZI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your IZI account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
